we can divide this into 2 parts : Primary Tec, Secondary Tec

Primary Tec : we can design a website like this etc. to prepare informations for everyone.

Secondary Tec : we can choose to be a LEGAL ADVERTISER, we cannot advertise ourself when someone is frustrated or not interested, we can start from asking their hobby, if their hobby is one of the three above, their might be our new members.

初级科技：我们可以设计类似这样的网站，为大家准备齐全的资料。

次级科技：当然就是宣传啦~当然要在对方轻松得空的时候才宣传。可以先从他们的爱好下手，如果他们喜欢的东西可以被归类成以上三类中的其中一类（或更多），可能他是我们的新朋友呢~
